           Three day pass includes all dances, choice of all classes offered,
           competition viewing, Saturday night dinner.  Dinners not
           guaranteed when purchasing at the door. $109 at the door

 American Open Friday Only Dance Pass - Includes Friday evening
            party, demonstrations, scheduled competitions  and late night
            party. $15 after classes, $25 at the door with classes
 American Open Friday Late Night Pass - Open dancing begins at
            approximately 11pm, $10 per person
 American Open Saturday All Day Dance Pass with dinner - includes your
            choice of all classes, dance parties,  competition viewing and
            dinner. $85 at the door
 American Open Saturday All Day Dance Pass (no dinner( - includes your
            choice of all classes, dance parties,  competition viewing and
            dinner. $60.
 American Open Saturday Night Dinner Dance - Includes dance,
            dinner, contest viewing $65 per person
 American Open Saturday Night Dinner Dance - Includes dance,
            dinner, contest viewing ($120
 American Open Saturday Night Only Dance Pass - Includes Friday evening
            party, demonstrations, scheduled competitions  and late night
            party. $15 starting at 9pm includes no dinner, no classes
American Open Saturday Late Night Pass - Open dancing begins at
            approximately 11pm, $10 per person
Sunday Day Pass - includes choice of all Sunday classes, afternoon
            party, contest viewing and awards. $45 per person at the door
  Chester Whitmore Tap / Jazz Workshop - Sunday12:15pm $40 at door
  Saturday ZUMBA Workshop - begins Saturday 9:30am, $40 at door
  5-class Card -  $50 per person

I would like to compete in the following divisions.
Pro/Am is $20 per couple all other couple divisions are $30 per couple.
Please enter partner's name in the Special Order Instructions box at the bottom of the shopping cart before you checkout and identify whether you are Beginning/Intermediate or Open level for the Swing or Hustle Divisions. Cabaret solos/duos entry fee is $30. Trios/Quads and Showtime Not at the Apollo entry fee is $50. Team entry fee (5 or more) is $100.
All competitors must purchase a weekend pass.

WAIVER - I understand that Artspectrum/American Open intends to record my participation in the events/competitions on videotape, film and in photographs. I expressly grant AO  the unlimited right and authority to use any such recording in any and all media by whatever ways or means with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of AO. On behalf of my heirs, I agree to forego, expressly waive and release any/all rights for damages that I or my heirs might have against ALHC or its agents for any/all injuries and damages I might suffer by participating in the contest or in traveling to and from its location. I have read all the rules contained in this application and the above waiver, fully understand them, and agree to comply with their contents.
