WAIVER — I understand that Artspectrum DBA Holiday Swing Dance Workshop intends to record my participation in the event on videotape, film, online and in photographs for print, web casts and/or broadcast. I expressly grant Artspectrum the unlimited right and authority to use any such recording in any and all media by whatever ways or means with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of Artspectrum. On behalf of my heirs, I agree to forego, expressly waive and release any/ all rights for damages that I or my heirs might have against this organization or its agents for any and all injuries and damages I might suffer by participating in this event or in traveling to and from its location. I have read this waiver, fully understand it and agree to comply with its contents. This is signified by my purchase. |
