ALHC classes will be taught on three different levels. There are many different steps and stylings that will be taught at each level. No classes will be repeated. You may use the following guideline when determining your participation level:
Beginning: Must be comfortable with triple steps and familiar with the basics: Swingout or Whip, Circle, side by side Charleston.
Intermediate: Besides knowing the basics you must have a solid lead/follow and be comfortable dancing to a variety of tempos.
Advanced:  You flow easily between slow songs and fast songs, styling and syncopating. You pick up new steps quickly and you’re ready for syncopations, breaks, dips and tricks at a variety of tempos.

General dancing happens between all competitions.
